The National Archives' UK Government web archive includes versions of the UKBA, and Gov.uk Home Office, website on specific dates since 6 August 2008, including downloadable documents and application forms.

You can also find a Government archive of the full Immigration Rules for 8 July 2012 onwards at Gov.uk.

UKCISA also has an archive of old versions of the sponsor guidance, policy guidance and any other relevant documents which is available to UKCISA members.

UKCISA's archive of the Tier 4 Immigration Rules

We have created a full archive of the Tier 4 Immigration Rules. Click on the relevant date period in the table below to see the provisions on any day since Tier 4 was introduced on 31 March 2009. Each version shows how it changed from the previous version through amendments marked up in bold.

We have consolidated the Immigration Rules on administrative review for leave to remain refusals.
