Advising on Tier 4 applications (part 1)

This course is for those providing immigration advice and supporting students making entry clearance and leave to remain Tier 4 applications. The course will identify the key evidence requirements for Tier 4 and enable advisers to help students submit successful applications.

Having attended this course, you will be:

  • aware of OISC requirements regarding the immigration advice you provide
  • able to identify the key evidence requirements for Tier 4 applications
  • able to identify additional requirements that can affect Tier 4 applications
  • able to help students submit valid Tier 4 applications

This course is suitable for:

staff who give students one-to-one immigration advice on completing and submitting Tier 4 applications. It is of particular relevance to new advisers.

Before attending this course, delegates will be expected to have attended Tier 4 basics or already understand the principles of Tier 4 of the Points Based System.
